About Me
A designer who loves crafting enterprise experience and the systems behind them.
What excites me most is connecting high-level strategy with thoughtful execution — zooming out to understand the bigger picture, then diving deep into the details that make experiences intuitive and human.
Currently, I’m leading the design for 5G device return tracking at Verizon, where I’m exploring how tools like Gemini and Figma Make can help optimize complex flows and improve customer experiences.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of products and problem spaces, including Network Transparency and Troubleshooting at Verizon, Market Alerts for the Investments team at JPMorgan Chase, the Sustainability experience for Keurig, and Rewards Navigation for Wells Fargo.
My most recent side projects is where I created a Google Gem that analyzes usability issues directly from recorded videos and gives output in spreadsheet with list of issues found. Even with emerging AI tools, I strongly believe design will always remain a deeply human-first discipline.
Outside of design I enjoy drawing animals with my almost two year old. Yes, I do draw monkey & elephant all the times.
